Telly Time.

Persistent debate on the negative correlation between TV time and sedentary habits continue. 

As per this BBC article, despite the recommended average 2.5 hours an adult needs to clock in for physical activity on a weekly basis, they might still continue
 to be sedentary given the long stretch spent sitting at work.
