As much as i like leaving certain topics to the conossieurs of the respecrive field, this was too good to let it pass unmentioned.
Here's a cool and easy to do workout tip. start maintaining a workout tip Jar..yes you heard it right, not a swear jar or a trip money saving jar but a workout trip jar, everytime you workout you tip yourself. so if thats 4 workouts for which you tip yourself a kd each for each workout you clock in a week times 4 weeks a month, you end up with Ld 16 a month.
Increasing your wallet and decreasing your waist size..thats the kinda math im sure we all like.
